Thrive came to my middle and high school, and it is laughable how they consider themselves a "Women's Health organization" when they don't teach you about any preventive measures to STDs (other than abstinence), imply dirtiness when someone had premarital sex, teach that women are scatterbrained while men are have well-of organized brains, and tell girls what to wear with the guise of it being "body positive."

Read moreGetting an STD appointment can be tricky but it was a great experience. Call when you arrive and fill out some paperwork. Right when I entered, my temperature was check and I was greeted by a staff member. Very kind and she offered me hand sanitizer as well. Mask are required. I was assessed by the nurse, Nancy, and she was thorough and very informative. She gave me lots of resources on mental health, referrals, and pamphlets.

The setting is very beautiful and the ambiance brought peace to my racing mind as I navigated through my thoughts. The visit was also very imformative and the holistic approach was very therapeutic.
