Unfortunately, I have to choose a star. Don't really want to give them 1 star. I ordered for our team online. It said 1/2 hr. wait to pick up. Showed up at 12:40 when the order was supposed to be ready for pick up. The blonde guy at the register looked at his phone and then went over to the young kid cooking and asked about the order. He said "oh, he didn't have his phone". The blonde came back over and said he was out delivering and it would be a five minute wait it's an easy order. I said, "did you not get the order?" He said, "no." I said, "more like he didn't check the online orders so didn't know it was there!" He said, "yes". I waited another 20 minutes, which was the whole point of ordering online. Wasn't offered a credit or even given an apology. This is their bread and butter and they don't care to check and see in the middle of lunch rush hour if they have any orders???!! From the reviews I've read before placing mine, apparently, they don't understand or care that customer service and food quality is what keeps their business running. Read moreGreat Wall needs better attitudes. They had made a mistake on my order when i clearly placed my order online and its printed out. All i wanted was an order of garlic chicken wings with rice and an egg roll. When ordering online chicken wings werent on the menu so in the special instructions i specified what i wanted so that i didnt get the chicken chunks whether there was an extra cost or not. When i got there she had me down for 2 orders and i told her what the special instructions that she was pointing at meant. She ended up giving me 10 wings and nothing else after i JUST verified i still wanted the rice and egg roll willing to pay for it . But she was so upset at me correcting my order all she kept saying was no no no pointing at the menu telling me the wings dont come with the rice and egg roll , not letting speak to clairfy my order. Read moreWorst customer service. I walked in to get noodles for my friend. I said chow mein noodles and the person at the register said chow mein was rice and I said okay I want noodles with chicken. Then I got my order and and drove to my friends. It turned out they gave me rice and greens. I drove back and said its wrong. I wanted my money back then they started yelling at me. My mom was shocked too and she whispered me saying I feel like they gonna beat us up. The one at register yelled at me saying he explained 2 times that chow mein was rice. I had already said i want noodles and i am buying for someelse and I dont know the name before buying. However, their attitude was on another level.
