Overall, it's a great place to visit to purchase your medicine, but they have a really big problem with their customer service skills so impatient and very rude to the customer not a good look not all employees are that way some are very helpful and kind and informative....UPDATED DECEMBER.4th I still give high profile a one star because of their customer service skills they are horrible the bud tenders are very rude condescending ways I have nothing Good to say about those that wait on me when I am.in the despensery it makes you don't want to patronize with them I would like to talk with the owner about these kids they hire and more about my experience with them SMH..if you going to talk about someone meaning a customer atleast go in the back and not do it so they see you which is very rude and not good for business I been to many despenseries in my life time in different states way before it became legal in Missouri and high profile by far is the worst when it comes to the bud tenders they have employed there and it starts with the manager which trickles down to the bud tenders horrible just horrible shouldn't be this stressful when there purchasing...

St. Robert High profile dispensary is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. You’re always greeted when walking in, love the atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and professional. They don’t try to push/sell products on you. They legitimately want to help you find what will work best for your situation/needs. They offer a range of products for any budget/circumstance. You know when you find the right Doctor, Dentist, barber, bartender, etc, whom you connect with, someone who gets you, they understand you, your likes/dislikes, that’s how I feel about my favorite Budtender Marcus!! I legit can come in, say I need help with sleep or stress, pain or whatever’s going on, give my price point and Marcus does his thing with dealers choice every time! 99.9% of the time I don’t even need to say any of that, he just knows. Marcus is awesome at what he does!! All of the bud tenders are amazing!! Shoutout to Mischa, Will, Kelly, the guy in the back with the beard, thank y’all! Love love St. Robert High profile. So since you took away your percentage off for medical card holders. You have officially lost my business and I will make sure Branson Mo is also told about this so that Greenlight, Stairway, 315 Primo, Key cannabis, and Flora Farms. All those I just mentioned will be your better option as if your medical and low income they give you a percentage off your product, how St. Robert location says they do not do medical patient percentage off. I'll make sure the state of Missouri knows this as you are supposed to give medical card holders that are low income their percentage off. Although the guy that waited on me was cool and he didn't agree with that choice by the manager which can not change that by state laws and I know my state laws I was more than angry when I walked out of your facility. I wont be back to either location until this matter...
