Hibbett — Local services in Saint Robert

Terrible experience on Sunday, 3/3/24. Went to go make an exchange. We knew the store did not open until 11 AM. It was 10:58 AM and the door was unlocked, so we went ahead and went in. We were very rudely told that "they were not open yet" from a girl behind the counter, even though the door was unlocked. The other girl on the store floor was basically pushing us back out of the door and locked the door once we were back out on the sidewalk. I decided I would do my exchange at a different Hibbett Sports store instead of standing out on the sidewalk for 2 minutes and dealing with rude customer service, and will never shop at the St. Robert...

Really unfortunate I can’t give a negative star to this store. Horrible customer service. Well, actually no customer service to people of a particular race it seemed. Associates literally only spoke and assisted Caucasian customers. Blatant! No subtlety at all. Initially we were the only ones in the store and just chalked it up to mediocre customer service training. However, when customers (Caucasian) entered a few min after us it was if the store came to life. Greetings, smiles, offers.... you name it. Thoroughly disappointing since it’s pretty much the only athletic store in town. I will never step foot in this or any Hibbits...

We have came in here before and never had a problem. Yesterday I went in with my two boys to try on shoes. Not only did i have to stare someone down to help me when she finally sees us i give her the shoes and told her the size i needed. We wait for like 15 min. Then I see the same girl that was suppose to be helping me helping someone else and looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. Worse customer service I've ever had!!! We just...
