I love t mobile and have never once had a bad experience. This location left me severally disappointed and I'll definitely make the extra drive to go to any other location. From walking in, one lady in particular (medium ish brown hair) was rude. With how she greeted us, we immediately felt like a burden/ inconvenience to her schedule. She was eating and on her phone texting just about the entire time. Their system was running slow, but instead of explaining that, she left us in silence while scrolling on her phone waiting for her tablet to load or talked to her associate about other conversations. When I was hoping for more information about their offers and what were eligible for, she was very short, didn't explain things well, and was annoyed when I was trying to clarify the information. The other team member that was with her at least explained the systems were slow, and attempted to explain things to me.

Purchased my Iphone 16 pro in that store and the girl did not even give me a reciept. Which I found out two days later that I couldnt even find my reciept anywhere in my t-mobile account. She then proceeded to tell me that my T-mobile number is not mine. When I asked her why she saying my number was not mine, she completly and rudely ignored me the male colleague had to come assit me. I still do not know why she treated me in this manner and would like to get to the bottom of it. So provide me with your Email address please. Out of all T-mobiles I could have...
Read moreVery rude representative named "Amy." Argued with unnecessarily. Very unprofessional way of handling things. We called a T Mobile rep directly to get info about a situation, which Amy apparently had lied about. Even having the corporate representative on the phone to confirm that Amy was not being truthful, she continued to argue. Amy repeatedly used a condescending tone, and addressed us in an unprofessional manner (using demeaning terms such as "lady" with a very intense and rude tone when politely asked to stop being rude) throughout the conversation. I personally experienced additionally being purposefully and firmly called "ma'am" despite clearly not being a "ma'am" which came across as rather disrespectful, given...
