I absolutely adore Kari. I've never been a person to have "my stylist" or always ask for the same person until I moved here and Kari cut my hair. I have really thick, wavy hair. The wrong cut can be the difference between a fuzzy triangle and a Vidal Sassoon commercial. Describing this phenomena to a new stylist is not always easy. Made an appointment a few months ago with Carrie, she was nice and able to squeeze me in that day for a cut and wash. When I left my appointment I was not very happy. She rushed my wash and cut and burned my head and ear while blow drying and straightening my hair. She was so ROUGH and split so many of my thin hairs. I also asked her to cut my curtain bangs and to blend them into my cut. Well, they definitely were not blended, just chopped the ends. My hair has thinned out so much since that appointment and I cannot seem to fix it. I was so hurt and disappointed by this huge let down. She did not care for the texture or quality of my hair.
