American Nails — Local services in Saipan

The worst nail salon I've been to - I made an appointment, came 15 minutes early as I like to take my time choosing a color, 5 minutes before my appointment, the lady tells me to hurry up so she can start cleaning/prepping my nails. At this point, I still haven't found a color. With a very irritated tone she tells me to just bring over the nail color book so I can look over it while she preps my nails. I was struggling to do that with one hand and the book on my lap so she starts huffing and puffing and bad mouthing me in Chinese to the lady next to her (not knowing that I can understandstand her). She kept rushing me to choose a color before my appointment even started. Come to find out, she was so in a rush because she double booked and her next customer had come in. Not sure if it was the owner, but the lady I dealt with was super rude and unprofessional. Worst customer...

This place used to be good, now the nail techs are not the best & they take forever. A 4 hour nail appointment is ridiculous, not to mention they don’t even have a large selection of regular polish colors. They are rude & they will literally take off the nail art on my toes (done off island) & tell me it’s impossible to do toe art when they’re redoing my toes. If you don’t know how to replicate nail are using regular polish, just say that. I will never be back here. I ended up not having my manicure redone, I just did my toes...

This salon is disgusting. It wasn’t always dirty but it is so nasty now. Some nail techs obvious have no clue what they’re doing and watch others to learn. Their tools are rusty, and parts are on the floor. It is dangerous and the government needs to send someone to check the cleanliness. They use the tools they use on people to keep drains open.
