I Love Saipan — Local services in Garapan

Wasted my money in this stupid store, they will not accept an exchange or return of any merchandise bought within 3 days. Bought something from this freaking store on the 31st and tried exchaning on the 3rd. I was told it was over 3 days. So I guess you are a year old the day you are born if that's how they count the days of your purchases. It does not matter if the stuff you bought fits or not. They refused to accept return or even exchange. I pick the size medium, I usually wear small, their sizes apparently comes a lot smaller. I am not a fatty. I tried it at home since I did not have time to try them on at their store when I bought it. I even went to the store on Middle Road and guess what company policy, you cannot return a merchandise purchase from the store in Garapan. Go freaking figure! Arrgh, Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Spend it somewhere else that will appreciate you supporting...

Good price with various souvenirs.

One star off for the inconsiderate and rude male cashier. He mumbled to himself with his mask on. I could barely hear him especialy with the music on and had to ask him to repeat. He treated me as though I was a nuisance. I was buying a lot of souvenirs my friends and had to ask for an exchange on two items. Very dirty look he gave me and made a very obvious and deliberate motion of leaving his colleagues to deal with my request. Insulting, it was.

The lady cashiers and staff were great, kind and smiley. They were willing to help when I couldn't find some stuff. On my request to exchange, the cashier seemed a bit confused at first and I got confused too. But, in the end, we had a laugh and apologized to each other and...

Great department type tourist store! Has a lot more than just normal tourist kitsch. They have a great beer selection. They sell a lot of random things like honey and toys and clothes. They have any sort of souvenir you would like and there is a hotdog restaurant attached. Upstairs they have some jerseys and hats from the states. I like to go look around from time to time to see what new stuff...
