I’m usually not a person who goes out of the way to write negative things about people. However the retail workers in the store are extremely pushy they do not listen to what you are looking for they will try to push any kind of merchandise on you just to make a sale. I have fallen in love with Francesca’s over the past 10 years I go there at least once a week. Merrimack is usually the location that I go to as a customer service is top-notch there are always Warm and friendly there. I went into the Rockingham location on Wednesday afternoon as soon as I came out of the dressing room she asked,” if I was ready to pay?” “I said I have just stepped out I need a few minutes to continue shopping.” A few minutes later I went to the register I did the jewelry that was four for $12 and I bought a clearance top for five dollars. I had to wait 10 minutes because she said that there was an issue with the computer then when I presented a coupon (Which I have Francesca‘s reward system I’m at the highest here trend setter because I do spend a lot of money with) The associate named Lisa that rang me up told me that I could not use it because I needed to spend more money this turns into a regular thing that every time I present the coupons they tell me that I need to spend more money which is completely incorrect and the only location that tries to get you to spend more money I told her that can’t be correct as I go to the other locations and use them all the time because I’ve earned Francesca money! Lisa then turned to the manager and asked and she said that you need to spend at least $10 I said I did the total was $17 as there was not many new things in the store that I do not have right now. The retail worker Lisa then said well I guess I’ll try it and we will see what happens she scanned it and what do you know it worked! I just don’t appreciate being someone who has spent thousands of dollars with this company and every time I go in there they just want you to keep up selling you and selling more and do not listen to anything that you’re trying to say. I will not be returning to this location! While I was there someone had called and applied for a job and she told the person that they were too busy to look at the moment and then it would take some time to get back to them. One woman was steaming shorts and the other person was taking care of me so the fact that someone was trying to get a job and they said they were too busy blew my mind that they were so extremely rude to a person trying to get a job at that...

Do not purchase at the Rockingham mall and do not go to another store to make returns. The workers are very pushy to get you to buy something and then won’t let you return it later. The women who works here tells you the machine is not working for returns so that you will go to another Francesca’s and it will negatively affect the other stores sales but in reality they can easily make the return. Rockingham is closer to me and is more convenient, but I was told for a return on a dress I couldn’t do it because the machine wasn’t working. I found out later that I was lied to because a worker from another location called and asked what was wrong with their machine and the same woman who’s name is Odette told her it was working fine. I didn’t even want to fully buy this dress and I have heard many other customers also feel this way about this store that they feel pushed into purchasing something and don’t want to go back to make the return because they don’t feel comfortable.
