I have to give the Lone Lady credit today. I saw a couple ahead of me ordering their food and the woman went full Karen mode because of a flatbread she ordered. She kept claiming that all the other Subways she went to did their flatbread sandwiches different and that she was doing it wrong and that she was trying to rip her off by giving her a 6-in flatbread instead of a 12-in flatbread like she requested. The lady behind the counter politely insisted that it was indeed a 12-in and that that is how the branch she works at does flatbread sandwiches. The woman customer was getting more and more unhinged about the whole thing while her poor boyfriend/husband was trying to calm her down amd defuse the situation. The Karen eventually stormed off in anger leaving her partner sheepishly apologize for her behavior. I feel bad for that guy. I talked briefly with the lady while I was ordering my sandwich and she said she's used to it. She said she's even had sandwiches thrown at her. Which in my opinion is just sad. I thought I would write this review to remind everybody that the employees who work for these corporations are not your enemy. Make sure to treat the people who serve you with dignity and respect. Kind of subs) And we’re fun and seemingly happy to be there! Don’t think the two guys in front of me actually asked them if they had a review page sadly but that’s what started it for me as I walked in and the energy was great and those two were ranting about how great their subs the other day were.
