NOW , I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY RUDE , IGNORANT , & POORLY-TRAINED PEOPLE , WORKING IN (1) ONE COFFEE-SHOP !!!

🌞 THE GOOD NEWS , IS : THESE RUDE-WORKERS👎🏻 ALWAYS GO-AWAY ... ... , WITHIN 6-12 MONTHS ; SO...

The person who checked me out was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, everything in the store is ridiculously overpriced, which would only dock a star or two if they stored food properly. I got a single chobani greek yogurt (over $2, mind you) this morning and it immediately smelled off. After eating a little bit, I made sure I didn’t see anything in there (such as mold) before eating some more. It tasted AWFUL and I decided to stop. It was horribly sour and just far too liquidy. After getting a second opinion on the smell, I did a quick search online to see what would cause this. It was not safe to eat and I shouldn’t have second guessed my judgment. I eat these yogurts all the time and I have for years; this was clearly off. Please do yourself a favor and avoid klemm’s family store. You’ll save your time and your stomach. I have a feeling I’ll get a response to this saying “We’re sorry you had that experience”, based on the other reviews. I seriously doubt the owners...

I have been in this store several times, the store is beautifully made very modern. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant encounter with the Manager Michael, the young lady attending at the counter was very professional , the manager approached me with an attitude and responded to me with an even bigger attitude, I accidentally got double charged for a car wash and when I requested for simple information Michael acted like I was there to rob the store. As a store manager you need to have great at customer service skills, be respective and understand that we now live in a diverse world. If you have not taken an interpersonal relations course you need one ASAP. Such a nice store and franchise does not your kind of service. Blaming a customer instead of producing solutions is definitely...
