So most of the times we go to taco bell, due to we know the food is good and we get what we know. It has always been our GO TO PLACE, for a quick meal. However, I will have to say at this location, I have never had an employee snap at us. We came through the drive through, Ordered three box meals and when they handed them to us... for the first time ever.. they were NOT in boxes. This threw us as we were expecting boxes. The lady in the window, asked if we needed sauces and my brother in law replied no BUT, he was also asking for me to make sure all the food was there as we again... never had been served the box lunches without the boxes. The lady then snapped at us, actually raised her voice to ask us again, if we wanted sauces.. which he told her no AGAIN. Look... I get the folks are in a TIMED fast food environment. However, if your going to change things, you have to give your customers a chance to check that they are getting the food they ordered, so they don't come back angry... and maybe listen... as he did give you the answer you wanted. The sad thing in all of this, is maybe just say you ran out of boxes, apologize for the confusion.. say "take a moment to make sure it is all there.. " CUSTOMER SERVICE is KEY in bringing in the money... that pays your check. Just treat others like you want to be treated, it can...
Read moreRecently I visited this Taco Bell. I don’t usually eat fast food but I really wanted some Taco Bell. I ordered a few things. One was rung up wrong so I caught that mistake before I left but the 7-layer burrito I had ordered only had beans, rice and cheese and I didn’t eat it. I called TacoBell and they told me to come back for a new one. I told them maybe another time. The manager on duty said she would leave my name at the front. Today I went into Taco Bell to get a burrito and asked about the burrito they were supposed to replace. The guy at the register just smiled when I asked about this and mentioned having to speak to a manager. When I asked him to talk to his manager, he did and came back smiling telling me they would just give it to me for free but it would take 20 minutes. He acted like I was lying and trying to get a free burrito. And on top of that the manager was willing to have me wait 20 minutes to replace a burrito they messed up on. I just went to an actual Mexican restaurant and had some decent food. Taco Bell, your customer service is lacking terribly. You don’t need my money, you seem to be making plenty with all the great staff and...
Read morePlease avoid this Taco Bell if you have any dietary restrictions. I am a mostly vegan eater who very strictly avoids meat and dairy, but will occasionally eat eggs. Meat and dairy really mess up with my stomach, and as far as fast food goes I am pretty much limited to Taco Bell because their menu is very easily adapted to veganism. Every time I go for breakfast I get the California Crunchwrap (which comes dairy free), subbing meat (and most of the time also eggs) for beans. Every time I have come to this Taco Bell they have given me the wrong order, and every time that error has involved me consuming either getting my order with meat or getting a totally different crunchwrap full of cheese and dairy. All of these occassions have ended with me wasting my money and having stomach distress later in the day. I don't know if the team doesn't understand dietary restrictions or doesn't care - but I personally will be avoiding this location from now on. If you have a dietary restriction I would recommend going to the Taco Bell on S Commercial as I have never had an issue getting my correct order there, but...
