Five Guys — Restaurant in Salem

I've only had one other bad Five Guys experience. I waited at the register for about 15 minutes (maybe more) so that I can order. It was busy. There were 3 guys at the sandwich station, an experienced employee at the.register. she had to run back and forth, the guys at the sandwich station only stuck to what they were doing, I should mention one of them had his hands touching everything,wiping mayo off his fingers on a bin of pickles, couldn't flip the burgers and put the next order on the grill, the woman had to move around so that orders made it out. .I have nothing to complain about when it comes to her. So I ordered a couple shakes, a few burgers and a few fries. Two of the regular burgers were plain. Mine had extra extra bacon, onions, hot sauce, pickles. I got home and opened my burger, soggy galore .. I know five guys isn't cheap with an extra extra bacon order... I was shocked to find that I was given crumbs of bacon from the bottom of the bin. I know it wasn't the woman who did that because I observed her make 4 or 6 burgers at the same time and they were perfect. I couldn't even eat my food.. it was all around horrible. I love five guys to get some fast and easy food, but this was by fr the dirtiest location I have ever been to, we noticed it right when we walked inside, dirt all over the floor, we walked up to order and on the first look into the 'kitchen' (by the fryer and the stove) fries and all other kind of dirt on the floor. We were hungry so still ordered, as we got our receipt, we walked to get our drink and it did not get better, in front of the soda machine spilled fries, pickles and ketchup on the floor. Non of the tables were clean to sit down and eat, once we got a table cleaned and got our food we noticed the the foil that the burgers are wrapped in were absolutely disgusting and dirty. The floor was not just dirty but it looked like they must have spilled some fryer oil the floor was slippery and gross to walk on. I don't believe that that was all from one day this location was not cleaned proper in days.

Let me add that it was NOT busy, there were 4 people cooking and one of them could have cleaned up. I have been to may locations and always was there one worker who cleaned and made sure things look good, wiping the tables and...

I will never set foot in a five guys again I placed an order online and chose this location while I was just a just a little further down the road upon completing the order I notice it changed the location to North Andover MA nowhere near where I was, when I get there and explain the situation right off the bat I am told I can't do anything about besides charging me again and then I have to deal with the other store for a refund, after a back and forth with the manager I ask for the District Managers number and upon calling I stated my name and the location I was at and I couldn't get another word in when I got cut off by the DM and she stated there is nothing we can do that is not our location as if it matters to me if it's another franchise I came to Five guys not a franchise owner this was just a ridiculous situation as if I tried to steal food I refused to have to pay again for a second order to the have to wait a few days to get...
