Just when you think they can't get any dumber. Surprise! So I went to the store on lancaster. They sold me a defective battery and W3 wicks for a YoCan (W1) they sold me just a couple of days before. So I go into the store and try to exchange them for the right ones. Brenda and all of her wisDOM (Highlighting DUMB cause she isn't any WIS) tells me "NO EXCHANGES! IT"S ON THE DOOR!" Yes a door covered in papers with writing all over them......So I go into the store on Commercial to exchange it and the big guy with the bald head and Gotee says right in front of me twice that he knows the batteries don't work with the YoCan and that they are defective yet will only give a 20% off instead of an exchange like any normal store would. Not to mention that I was waiting behind 4 people. He takes care of them, then puts 3 more in front of me like I'm not even there. What a moron. If you value your integrity and your money don't go to this chain of stores being run by morons. T-Zone...
Read moreI have been shopping here for over 10 years and I cannot believe how downhill this place has gone. We went in to get some accessories for our temp control box. When we came in we were greeted and asked to wait because another customer was being helped, no problem. We waited for about 5 minutes until it was our turn. While we were waiting 2 new customers joined and started waiting in line behind us.
When it was our turn we explained what we were shopping for and the person working told us, "OK go wait in the glass area while I help these people first."
She skipped us and helped both customers behind us while we just stood there waiting to be helped.
I've never waited in line at a business to then be pushed back and not helped.
I'm so disappointed & wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreThe customer service is polite and hard working BUT they are forced to sell broken and dysfunctional items with a "no return" policy. I bought a bong (from the Lancaster store)and it burps water into the bowl soaking the flower and making it non usable. No matter how much water was put in the device it spits water into the bowl. Instead of offering me a in store credit they told me there was nothing they could do about the bad item THEY sold me 2 business days prior. I now have a foot long water-less pipe that cost me $70. Again: the customer service are nice people but the Return policy...
