This place is the type of place you want and hope to have great energy, as a metaphysical store. It does not. We went in there this Saturday to buy some things and see what it had to offer. We were met with really negative energy from the employee who works there. They never greeted us (which is fine; we all have bad days) but then when we touched the gong the person murmured (without looking up) “if you break it you buy it” to which we said “ok. it’s a metal chime.” He said “it’s very expensive. If you break it you buy it.” Then when we were leaving he never looked up and goes “have the day you deserve” in a very negative and snarky tone. I asked him what he said and he even more angrily said the same thing. My friend said this is not the first time she’s been in this place with this type of interaction. It was a VERY bad experience. The worst customer service ever!! The long dark haired lady who cursed at me in front of children refused to give me her name after I asked if she could wait for my husband to drop off a card to pay for my purchases. He was 2 stores down and said he would be there within 5 minutes but she made multiple remarks to me and the other customers about wanting to close. It was 4:52 & she was beyond upset that she would have to wait a few minutes for payment. When I told her I was leaving she began to raise her voice and literally cursed at me in front of children that were in the store. The whole vibe was 💯 negative from the moment I walked in at 4:30. Wonderful store! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wide selection of wiccan/pagan/norse artifacts, as well as literature. Their stock of tarot cards ranges from traditional, to druid, celtic, Egyptian, olde English, New age/contemporary, hemetic, and pop-culture referenced cards as well. They have vast collection of focus stones, journals, crystal wands, and natural stone jewelry. They have smudge incense, stick, cone, as well as incense resin.
