Their pick-up service is a joke - they donât care about the customer, only their âspeedâ of picking the order through instacart. I placed my order 3 hours in advance, they started picking it 9 minutes after it was confirmed which is fine. The part I have a problem with is 2 minutes later they said an item was out of stock. Then 2 minutes later closed the order out as completed and didnât give me time to look for a replacement! I have text receipts and these time frames are exactly what is stated. I tried messaging through the link but because it was closed they wouldnât push through. Tried calling the phone number listed on Google but itâs an automatic message that tells you they donât have a phone number and hangs up. Then called a corporate number that provided no help/could not connect me to the Aldi store. So here I am with an order that isnât even supposed to be picked up for 3 hours and no way of correcting their mistake. It was the manager who brought my bags out to me and pretty much told me I was SOL because theyâre timed for how quickly they complete an order. Aldi really needs to reconsider their internal training on how much time to allow their paying customers to send in an item replacement request. Two...

After unloading my cart and waiting 5-7 with no one coming to check us out I finally yelled towards the back if anyone was working or if everything was free tonight. Several other customers had placed their groceries on the counter and we were now 5 people deep waiting to be checked out all wondering the same thing. No other way to communicate with employees that didnât want to come to the front and check us all out. So after waiting 10-12 minutes finally a rude employee named Zoey came to begrudgingly check us all out. She told me to stop yelling at her employees. Mind you the only way to communicate with them was to yell because they were all in the back somewhere. Never once apologizing for having us all waiting 10-12 minutes. Waiting patiently for 10 minutes did nothing. Iâd suggest you keep a cashier at the front of the store when you have 25-30 customers in your store. Also Zoey never once apologized to us for having us all waiting and wondering if there were employees in the store and if weâd ever...
Read morePretty cheap place for groceries, but the cashiers / employees act like it would kill them to make eye contact or to just say, "hello." It's bizarre...you can tell they dont like their job or themselves; otherwise, they'd be able to say anything at all. The only time they've said anything to me at all is when they tell me the total price for my goods. If I worked there, I'd at least say hello to people and make eye contact. The last few times I've gotten produce here, it's gone bad in just a few days. I'm happy with the price of the food, but Walmart is just as competitive with prices, they are open 24/7, AND they have a self-checkout where at least the robot is more human than these people and it says more than the price for the groceries...
