I'm a plus size lady and I have back an knee injurys having surgery in 3 weeks and its hard for me to walk any kind of distance. Myself and my sis n law are pretty much in the same shape. So we were discussing rideing in the carts on the way in the front entrence. An playfully saying we should have a race down the main walkway through the mall. As we go inside an approach the counter with a elderly female in charge of the carts. I say Hello MaMa we would like to use 2 of the carts to do our shopping. She informs me that there is a rental fee plus a nonrefundaBle deposit in order to use the carts. I was speechless, floored I ask if she was kidding and she asured me that she was not an then pointed to the sign with the rental rules on it. I said now this is a DAMNED Shame!! I have to pay in order for me to get around comfortable for items that are way over priced in the first place and that I can find at Outlet Malls a HELL of a lot cheaper.
