Starbucks — Restaurant in Salina

The drinks were fine - apart from the putting of whipped cream on a drink that was specifically asked to have none. The problem occurred when we picked up the drinks. One of our drinks was a caramel crunch frappe and a different customer had ordered the same thing and walked away. We didn't know this and just picked up what we assumed was our drink. The barista, rather than saying, "sorry ma'am, that's another customer's," thought that it was necessary to be rude and said, "that's not your drink," in a petty tone. We were confused, and my mom asked, "caramel crunch frappe? We ordered one." The barista then raised her voice and said, "It's not your drink!" It was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional...

I stood at the counter for several minutes. One gal was making coffee and finally acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Stood there some more and finally another woman asked if I had been helped. I said no not yet and she said she would be right with me. Then helped someone who wasn’t in line at the far end pickup counter. Still waited and no one ever came. The first lady that said she would help me just kept wiping and making coffee. If you don’t want to help customers then maybe this job...
