Marshalls — Local services in Salina

It's great that we have options in Salina but the issue with every retail store is the same. They don't keep the store organized and just like every other retail they seem to be okay with average. The prices on clothing, shoes, home decor, and so much more is really good but by the time you dig through it all your just overwhelmed and disoriented and you most certainly don't feel like it's worth it. I bet is a retail store just focused in being different and made it a must to get/keep the stores more organized they would see an increase in sales easily. I guess sometimes we just don't want to go that extra mile the one that sets you apart from the competition and establish your customer base because they know your store always looks to be the best. I would give a zero star if I could. Very rude managers and clerks, I have even had the Store Manager scowl at me before, and apparently the staff follows suit. I am in this store at least twice a week and have to dodge staff to get the things I want and get out just so I don't have to feel like a criminal. They bring merchandise out and it sits on the carts for days, try to get it off the carts and they tell you that you have to wait until it gets put on the shelf. I manage a retail store, different merchandise so not my competition, and if its on the floor and priced its for sale. Terrible customer service. Night time employees are always on their personal phones texting people. If you are looking for a great, or even an above average retail store, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Store was nice but when we got ready to pay the lady Badgered us over wanting to get a credit card over and over we said No at least 7 times before I told her I didn't want the damn thing and it just please take my money and sorry for say in damn. this is the sort of thing that turns people off three times of saying no is pretty much the standard acceptable amount of times a salesperson should be told no before they cut it out. hope this helps but probably list future business today.
