I was 1 of many people that were apart of a team that assembled and opened this store when it first came to Salisbury. We were so proud of ourselves and how clean, organized, and well put together this store was. I say was because it seems that the standards we were held to back then are not the same standards that this store has for the associates working there now. They have become way to lax with the “kids” that work there now. The store is a theft cesspool, and quite honestly a complete and Utter dumpster fire that no one cares to put out. Not only will you find “decent” prices but also, a set of disgusting and not well maintained restrooms, zero associates walking the sales floor or offer assistance, mostly empty packages, zero SSTT being done which in turn I can say also zero SSTT audits because completed correctly or at all, zero accountability for themselves as a store in general and least but definitely not last, dirty and stick shelves. It’s heartbreaking to see what as happened to this once...

If the store associates tag it wrong and you buy it, take it home and try it on and they deem it "worn", they will not exchange the item for you. Regardless of it being their mistake of tagging it the wrong size. I was not asking for a return or my money back. If there hadn't been an hour and a half wait in line the day I purchased it, I probably would have been a little less distracted and would have noticed before I purchased. I guess I'm stuck with a $40 pair of shoes that are 2 sizes too small and "dirty" on...

You're a clothing store! I get things happen but we spent over 30 mins going through picking out stuff just to not be able to try anything on. Plus we even had multiple workers around us who heard us talking about trying things on to see how they fit and none of them ever said a word. You could atleast have a sign on the front door saying dressing rooms closed so people wouldn't waste...
