We were thinking about going to Texas Roadhouse and I've always liked longhorn and we decided to give this one a try. It's a nice parking lot nice restaurant very appealing as you pull up very welcoming and we really enjoyed that. As you walk in you're greater by the houses would send seat you and our server was good she wasn't overly friendly was kind of quiet seemed a little timid and shy maybe but other than that was pretty good. I got the half rack of ribs with baked potato and the ribs were pretty good falling off the bone just like I imagined and baked potato was okay a little small but unfortunately my meal was very cold. My fiance had the crusted parmesan chicken and nothing really the rave about but she said she enjoyed it and my daughter had a kids burger with a fruit cup which mainly consisted of grapes and she enjoyed her burger as well. The only complaint I would have to say is I'm not sure about my fiance or my daughter but my ribs and my baked potato were cold as ice when I got my food so I'm not sure what happened there if the kitchen didn't have the ribs coming out with the rest of the food because it really doesn't take long to to cook the ribs so I believe they sat in the window for a while unfortunately. But I would say everything else was was okay I was hoping to get one of their steaks I used to get the Delmonico but they didn't have it anymore but overall I would say we we enjoyed it and we'll probably go back sometime in the future but we're not overly eager to head back right away. So overall it was average meal what you expect from a chain restaurant but I thought the overall experience would be a little bit better than that hopefully next time we will have a better...
Read moreMy husband and I were out for what we thought would be a quick lunch. Since we had to get back to work. It was one o’clock in the afternoon so there was no lunch rush. As we walk in, we get seated right away. Our server took a few minutes to come and greet us, when she finally did she took our drink order, we both asked for water and before we could tell her we were ready to order, She hurried off to take another table’s order. I know this because thats how she excused herself. She came back about ten minutes later with the water, we told her we were ready to order, she explained the menu, my husband ordered a salad, I ordered a soup and a sandwich, she took our order and asked if we wanted bread. About 10 min. after she took our order she came back to check on us. And offered another loaf of bread. About 10 min later, asked if she knew about how long on the food. And she responded with- It should be coming out. At this point I am getting upset, because everyone’s food is coming out except ours. Then she finally brought out the soup, which I was looking forward to. As i picked up the spoon to start eating, there was some crusty, oily stuff all over the front and back of the spoon. After waiting about 45 minutes for a sandwich and a salad my husband got up and said- lets go. He offered to pay for the soup, that I didn't even touch. And the server unbothered said-Just leave it. There was no rush, there were plenty of servers and other people seemed like they were enjoying themselves. Unfortunately for us, that was not the experience. The bread was nice and warm, but I cannot comment on the food as we never got it. Service can definitely...

Mandy was our waitress, and she was great. It was our best experiences, as far as customer service goes. The food was very good. Good luck to Mandy as she leaves to go to college.

We eat here very regularly. In fact, Sunday I ate lunch after church at Longhorn and then we went back for dinner after my husband got off work. I couldn't have had two more different experiences. At lunch, my waitress checked in with me so often. At dinner, when we sat down there were quite a few minutes and no one ever came to take our drink orders or appetizer order. Right beside of us, were two waitresses cleaning and gossiping. They never once got up out of the booth and came or looked our way. Families coming in after us were getting served. I finally got up and went to track someone down. Apparently, when I did, this didn't sit well with the waitress we had all night (who in her defense had a pretty large section, while several other waitresses were regulated to cleaning). She did her best the rest of the night, but you can tell she 1) had too many customers in her section 2) still wasn't happy we had gone and tracked someone down about our drinks. This was not the usual service I receive and am used to. When it's 2 hours before closing on a Sunday, the diners shouldn't suffer. We still tipped her as we would any other time, because it really didn't seem to be her fault. We were just disappointed we didn't receive the usual great service we have...
