Now keep in mind that I live a couple hours drive from that store and I must say it was a very pleasant purchasing experience. You could tell the entire staff was customer satisfaction oriented and was just super nice! Nicole went over every option on my new wood splitter and answered any question that I had. I am completely satisfied with my purchase from Faith Farm and Equipment! I would highly recommend purchasing any kind of outdoor equipment from this store!

Went to a place that rhymes with smallsbury spower smequipment and regrettably bought a mower from them. Had problems with it since day one, took it back to be repaired not even after a month of ownership. They had it over a week and No issues were found they stated... dealt with battery and charging issues for over a year... FINALLY got tired of these issues and took the mower to someone who really knows their stuff ....Faith farm equipment!! I was told upon dropping the mower off it would be a week maybe two due to the workload they had. I was fine with that. These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!! They called and had the mower repaired PROPERLY in less time than was quoted... granted repairs take time so every case cant be the same as this mine, but these guys will from now on always have...

Just picked up my mower after not having for a month. They said they tested it and everything was working proper after putting a belt guide on the deck. I brought it home and started mowing. Smelt a burning rubber smell and then the belt jumped off(this is why I brought it in the first place). I looked at the deck and see the guide they just installed spun around and loose. They lied and never even run this mower. I only mowed for about 60 seconds. I'm very disappointed with the workmanship, integrity and honesty of this place. Wouldn't recommend any sales or...
