Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Salisbury

Store is dirty; I went in on 3/5/17, no one came out to help, no one was on the sales floor, I witnessed people leaving the store in and out for about 30 minutes; If I was a thief I could have walked out with a bunch of things and would of gone un noticed. the reps and management are Bias, did not care that I pointed out huge dust balls, bras and panties on the floor, cardboard boxes it's just dirty in that store. I went back 2 weeks later and same thing I took pictures of the same empty drawers, same panty and brawl that I pointed out and box still in the same spot. Same dust ball, same empty hangers.. The Manager and a sales rep Paulina got on the offensive and started arguing with me, but did not want to compare my previous pictures to the 2 weeks later pictures, even the same merchandise in a box.. Sad conditions for a store that's supposed to feel like heaven when you walk in... As a Manager, I would never allow my store to get in these conditions, even if it meant I have to clean it myself.. Went to the Salisbury location with my cousin to shop semi annual sale. Sales associate Nayelie came up to us with an attitude and said we had been in the store a “long time” according to her. Basically accusing us of doing something wrong by being in the store for an hour looking through sale bins and trying things on to decide what we wanted to buy. I asked her if the store has a time restraint on how long you can shop for, she said no. I walked in as soon as the store opened and found so many things. I was able to try them all on and get perfect sizes of everything I liked(wayyyyy too much to be exact) The associate that helped me was absolutely amazing. She asked me so often if I needed help then assisted me with measurements and trying things on. It was such a big help to have her be courteous but not as pushy as a lot of store associates are( I usually walk out of the store). She helped me access my VS card easily as well.
