Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Their jewelry is way too overpriced for its actual value and they scam! I was sold the tiniest earrings for 80 dollars, I come to find out later that their real value was of atleast 30 dollars- even less than that since they DON’T GIVE REAL GOLD EARRING BACKS. They won’t tell you you’re only paying for a gold earring when the back isn’t. The whole thing should be gold, the back and the earring itself. They’ll sell gold-plated things and promote it as gold without specifying what you’re really buying, fooling you into buying cheap stuff for INSANE PRICES. My ear got infected due to the lack of a real, pure gold earring back. They do not tell you it’s not real gold, WHICH THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR. THIS COULD CAUSE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES AS IT DID TO ME. Do not fall for their overcharging and scamming. They will be all friendly to fool you into buying their cheaply made products!! When I found out the reason my ear got infected was due to a NON-GOLD earring back, I went to ask the lady who pierced my ear about it there, I do not recall her name unfortunately as she should be held responsible, but she was so rude and ignorant! Claiming she warns people of the stainless steel earring back and asks if you’re allergic BUT SHE DID NOT ASK ME NOR WARN ME. My friend also bought a bracelet and a pair of earrings the saleswoman claimed was completely gold, and she paid an immense amount of money, when we went to get it checked since it broke…we were told it was gold-plated NOT REAL GOLD! Took our daughter there to get her ears pierced. The “special” piercing earrings kept falling out! We brought her back in a week later to get re-pierced and complained about the earrings falling out. We had to pay AGAIN to get her ear pierced because it closed and we were charged an additional fee for not buying two earrings instead of one. Not even a week later the earring was gone again. I guess we will wait until we can go to a more professional place to get real piercing earrings that...

Amazing customer service!! The woman pierced my ears exactly what I asked for; however, after an hour I wasn’t happy with how I asked her to place them. It was MY fault. She did exactly what I asked for. When I went back, all the employees went above & beyond to fix the location of the new piercing. I’m beyond pleased with the piercing location now!!
