Hip & Humble — Local services in Salt Lake City

I was previously employeed at the local airport, and there's a shopping location in there where I had purchased gifts for some friends of mine. After leaving that job, I was bummed out because I didn't know if I'd be able to get a copy of my own astrology book to match with the previously mentioned friends. After some searching I found this location near me, and was able to order my book online with free in store pick up! I was very excited. A short time after placing my order, an associate from a different location reached out to me, asking if I'd like them to drop it by my listed billing address since it was so close to their own route. Unfortunately, my billing and mailing address are different, so I had to decline. When I was able to stop in store and pick up my order, the person at the counter knew exactly which order I was there for, and when they brought it up front it was packaged in a cute little bag with some tissue paper on top. Normally, when I put something on hold for pick up, it's just resting behind the counter with my name on a sticky note stuck on top. I came in and bought a little necklace that I absolutely adore. Unfortunately 4 days later the clasp broke. I didn’t have a receipt or anything but thought I would just stop by and ask if there was anything they could do. I certainly wasn’t expecting anything, but it’s on my way home from work so I thought why not just see.

Huge thank you to the awesome people at Hip and Humble. I shopped online Black Friday and selected delivery, thinking they would ship my items. An hour later I got a text that my order had arrived. Someone drove my order to my door, packaged all cute, and included free samples! I decided to make another order that day and selected pick up at store because I didn’t want them to have to drive back out, but they texted me and said it was no problem to deliver again.
