This tonic method location is the best! Whether you are a first timer or you have been doing Pilates for a while, you are treated with respect and given the education necessary to motivate you to return. Not to mention the workout is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend...

My favorite pilates studio in the city. Tonic made me fall in love with pilates, enough that I get up early to attend the 6:15AM classes. 😉 Amazing instructors with tons of variety, each class is totally different than the last! A great place to build community and confidence.
