I'll give five stars. Overall it was a good experience and I would purchase a vehicle from them again. Mohammad was very responsive to texts and it was the best out-of-state buying experience I've ever had. Guchon provided all requested photos and videos of the car prior to purchase. They really exceeded expectations to the point I thought it was too good to be true. Ultimately, I purchased a 2004 Mercedes-Benz S500 from them. There were a couple things I didn't like. I had it shipped across the country to Georgia, and upon receiving the car, the battery was dead. The transporter had to jump it off in order to get it off the trailer. I wish they'd have charged it prior to shipping. When I was driving, I found that the TPMS system completely didn't work, and a couple bulbs were out, along with a cracked turn signal on the passenger side mirror. I ended up having everything taken care of, and while dissatisfied, perhaps I set my expectations too high for a car of this age and mileage. I just wish it would've been disclosed prior to purchase. At this point, I've driven the car for over a month since purchase, and no doubt, they sold me a mechanically great S-class. So where do I start. I purchased a 2006 BMW M3 from Guchon Imports almost a year ago. It is most AMAZING vehicle I have ever driven. The initial buying experience was pain free and super educational . I didn’t even realize what I wanted until talking to these gentlemen. Their knowledge about sports cars is endless. There is no doubt in my mind that Mohammed and ALI and the most knowledgeable and experienced sports car salesmen in the region. Even after owning this vehicle for over a year now Mo and ALI continuously go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is running in peak condition. These guys are honest and easy to work with. They took great care of me and my wife when we came to look at and buy our Mini Cooper S from them. They don't have ridiculous extra fees that most dealerships tack on to the purchase price when you buy a vehicle. They are very meticulous when going over the vehicles they sell to make sure everything is in order before you buy it. They ended up replacing hood struts, hatch struts, Front suspension strut bearings, and the third brake light before we bought it. They also gave it the once over on maintenance with an oil change and fluid check/top off. We had to put a deposit down on the Mini so they would hold it for us which they did even though they had competing offers that came in while they were holding it.
