I cannot believe I haven’t written this review sooner because I’ve frequented Jolley’s for the better part of 8 years. It is truly my happy place. They have everything you could ever want... I usually go in to get my Diet Coke, but I also stop by when I need an hour to myself. I have purchased gifts for parents, my children, teachers, neighbors and friends. In addition any time i need a last minute birthday or baby gift it’s my go to spot. You need balloons they’ve got it, ribbon.. no problem. How about flowers for your loved one or teacher, don’t worry they have a florist on site. I’ve gone in when I couldn’t find my earrings for a girls night out they’ve got me covered. One time I was going to a somewhat upscale event and didn’t have any dresses that would work, no problem jolley’s had the perfect dress. In the summers they have food trucks come on Monday nights and the snow cone shack every day (except Sunday). In the winter they set up a Santa Claus picture photo op and I’ve taken a wreath making class from them which was the best class I’ve been to in years. Also the staff will greet you by name, making you feel so important. In short this is the most amazing place on earth and you should definitely come in and...
Read moreWhen you first walk in it is so dang cute!! Around Christmas I could spend all day there. At first I was pleased. I have a very rare auto-immune disease that causes very bad pain in my joints and muscle weakness, among other things. I had told my doctor regardless of the amount of pain I was in l, that I refused to take opioids. Due to the risk of addiction and withdraw. So we found a resolution in compounding!
With my disease, and pain ever changing, so did my compounding prescription. This is where I lost all faith. With the full confidence and guidance of my doctor, and my changing prescription, I hoped jolleys would follow suit. My doctor calculated to the Mg what I should have. Yet the egos of the pharmacists could not see me from others pain patients who possibly were abusing the medication I take.
I wrote the pharmacists personally, left a message, and even my doctor called to try to see why they treated my in the manner they did.
Never did I get a reply.
It’s very hard to understand as a chronically I’ll person how a team of pharmacists could blatantly...
Read moreOur family doesn’t drive and so count on delivery for getting our medications. We’ve been using Jolleys for a couple of decades between two times living in Utah. In that time they’ve always gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need in time, to work with our insurance and doctors, and to be kind and attentive on the phone. They’ve worked especially hard during all of this Covid, trying to get hold of all the meds we needed even though some were really hard to get that first year. I highly recommend them. My only concern is their in-store setup. I go in in person infrequently (when someone is driving us to doctor appts), and have found the store hard to navigate with my crutch; I would never be able to get through it with my wheelchair. I don’t care for the new location of the pharmacy itself, in the back of all of the store part where they sell Knick knacks and...
