I'm on Medicare. Saw a physical therapist in January. Presented all my information at the 'new check-in' area at the Redwood clinic. Was told there was no co-pay. At the therapist office I again offered all my information and was told it wasn't necessary. Received notice through the 'my health' chart I had a copay of several hundred dollars. I called my insurer who advised me that wasn't correct-and to have U of U billing call them.
