Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Angelo

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this location! I understand a Friday is just a time for a fast food place to be busy, but I seriously had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I even saw people behind me leave. That in itself was not the worst part, after I get to the window I pay and I get my food I leave without realize that they never returned my debit card. About 2 hours later when I couldn't find my card I remembered using it there and never getting it back, so naturally I called the location to ask if it was there; the nice young lady that answered said it was there and they would hold it for me since I wouldn't be able to get it until the following week. Well while I was out of town on Saturday I get a notification from my bank that there had been a charge on my account for something that I know I did not purchase. Come Monday morning when I was able to stop by I went inside and asked for my card, the manager on duty told me there was no card in the safe and when I told him about the ILLEGAL charge on my account all he said was, "oh I wasn't here I don't know what to tell you." At least apologize and tell me you'll look into it. This again has been a horrible experience! If you pay with card make sure you get it back or they don't have it for a suspicious amount of time!! They WILL use it and think nobody...

Message to the owner. As a Platinum Dasher I will never deliver from your store again. Warning to all dashers, avoid this Taco Bell unless you want to loose money! TIt is a very negative experience and takes a half hour of HELL at least. This store on Sherwood is a nightmare for DoorDashers. Last time I went in there the new employee said we don't tell the make-line workers a dasher is here for the order! I said yeah you did until you came around! I said (*screw you under my breath), unassigned and walked out. The employees are very rude and they will ruin your dash! The owner must be asleep at the wheel and not give a hoot about his DoorDash orders. I'm calling out the owner as asleep at the wheel, and us dashers will keep getting trash orders from a trashy...

I went through the drive-thru on November 2, 2014. After having to wait over 20 mins to get my order, It was COMPLETELY wrong! I usually check my order every time we place one to make sure we got everything and it was right. I was just tired and ready to go home, so i forgot to check. Big Mistake!!! I'm not sure how many times you have to tell the person taking your order no lettuce but apparently it wasn't enough for this employee. I get all the way to my house, to see lettuce on my tacos, to then have to go all the way back. I get back to the restaurant, if you want to call it that, and the cashier at the front took my order back and asked them to redo, the person remade my food, threw it on the counter, and didn't say ONE WORD. Not I'm sorry for the mistake, we apologize, sorry for the inconvenience, NOTHING!!! This Taco Bell is closer to my house then any of the others in town, but I will not be going back to it.
