Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in San Angelo

I will never ever go to the Sonic (Store Locator-1278 - 3311 Sherwood way, San Angelo Texas) or will suggest to anyone this place cause of the bad experience i had today. They did not provide me what I ordered for and they refused to replace it and tactically took my recipt never to return it so that i will not be able to raise an incident in their website. The store manager neither apologised nor tried to resolve the issue by replacing it with right order. While reporting the incident to sonic over customer support, the response was cold. This might sound like a small incident but do matter a lot to me because of the way the store manager and their assistants addresed the issue, made me write this review. Please avoid this location if possible and also remember to take your receipt if you plan to raise an incident on Sonic website. Store franchise Location like this will surely affect the...

My daughter and I come here daily! Being a single dad, Sonic makes supper too easy, being so close to home! Weve been coming here for a long time and will continue! We are both picky and both have special order burgers which are made right, the way we asked, EVERYTIME! I like trying the new stuff they have all the time such as the garlic burger, the bbq burger, and most recently, the grilled cheese cheese burger! Everyone is always courteous and the fast service is awesome! Sometimes I am like blown away with how fast my order is ready! I would 150% recommend this Sonic Drive In location over the others in town! I will always be a customer here! Edit. 4-17-2025 what can I say still can't even get any good out of this store. Somebody needs to get in there and clean house with this lazy incompetent staff. 32 dollars worth of food and we get cold fries, cold mozzarella sticks, cold corn dog, a smasher filled with onions on burnt bread. If there was an option for 0 stars y'all would definitely be in that category. The "store" owner can respond to all these negative comments but can't get there ass in the store to fix anything. Will be requesting a refund tomorrow and will never return to this location. Which is sad because I live right behind here and it's so easy and convenient to regular.
