We went in to get my husband's wedding ring buffed down due to rough spurs that had formed on the steel over time. Evan (sp?) helped us and she took the ring back right away to get it done. While the jeweler was working on his ring, I asked her to look at a ring I had been given years ago to see whether it was a glass "stone" or a gem. She took it to the back and when she brought it back up, it was BEAUTIFUL! She had cleaned it and I had never seen it look like that. We waited about 20 minutes and my husband's ring was done.
