Be careful when ordering anything from this business. Even if you order a large washer or even a refrigerator, only one person from the store might show up—and they could end up damaging your car. Make sure to turn on your outdoor security camera to catch any possible damage to your property. Otherwise, you might end up paying a few hundred—or even a thousand—dollars to fix your car after their delivery person is done.

We ordered a washer from this business. Around 9 PM on 6/2/25, only one guy from this store showed up with a large washer. I asked him if I needed to move my car, since my SUV was parked near the stairs to the entrance. He said I didn’t need to move it. Because the washer was large and the delivery guy was alone, someone else helped him carry it upstairs. On the way to the entrance, the delivery guy almost fell and had already been warned not to scratch the machine.

After they brought the new washer upstairs, they carried the old one downstairs and loaded it onto his truck. The next morning, when I woke up, I noticed a large scratch and dent on my vehicle. My car was clean and undamaged before the delivery guy arrived, and the damage appeared after he left. The scratch and dent must have been caused by him while moving the washer. (since he said I didn’t need to move my car, I went to bed and let them handle the rest.)

I went to the store and spoke to the manager, Andy. The manager lied about everything the witness told him over the phone. The witness had said it was dark outside and that he didn’t notice the scratch. But Andy claimed the witness said it was bright outside with lots of lights on. Later, when I spoke with the witness in person, he confirmed it was dark outside, that the delivery guy actually fell on the stairs, fell on his butt, and that the full weight of the washer landed on him. They were moving the washer right next to my vehicle in the dark, and the damage seems to have happened then (only one small, dim light was on at the entrance).

The witness stated that the scratch and dent must have been caused by them. I contacted the police and filed a report. So I’m warning you again—be careful when ordering from this place. Don’t let this happen to you and end up spending hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix your car. I won’t order anything from this...

Ok ! Let me start to say I look up the company they use to finance company (snap) is the name of it. it says no interest no late charges it’s called snap. So I read it. .It looks great, but for my mom retired and she on a budget on money and of course she is mom “never question where she gets her Info!” So! !!! We apply and lol and behold. Over 100 percent plus above the price in interest. Almost like $3,330. Product was $1500 Way over I thought was a good thing for her. Absolute NO! Buy cash from there they have a scratch and dented products! If u have bad credit yes! If you barely have income Yes! Plus u need. Bank account to apply. cause they don’t check income. Do ask for bank account and routing number Don’t ask for three relatives if you’re late on payment. So if you’re in that position then maybe it would be good. But otherwise I can’t say the products work I did not buy anything. but it did sound too good to be true! Usually is! Well my mom after all this asked her why did you pick this place? She said she just looked it up on google!! So I don’t say anything and my mom wants the all in one washer and dryer the dryer sucks does not dry all the way and it breaks down a lot but I will find a way to get her regular ones. I don’t think it would be a good idea to get her a wall in one...

Do not do business with these people. They sell defective merchandise. They claim we damaged our refrigerator on a self deliver. There isn’t a single scratch on the refrigerator. They refused to fix exchange or issue a refund. Don’t make the mistake we did. Don’t fall for their fake reviews either. They literally give you a discount if you leave a positive review. I know this because they offered it to us. Do not listen to the response they will probably leave on this review. All lies…They even got an attitude with us when we called expressing our frustration's. We purchased the fridge for a lady with 4 kids and a baby. It took them 5 days to come out to look at the fridge. Leaving a nursing mother without a fridge to keep her milk cold for her nursing baby. It doesn’t get any lower than that. Remember this before you do business with these people. A nursing mother was forced to drive her milk to a relatives house to keep cold and return every time just to feed her baby. Save yourself your time and money. Do business somewhere else. PS The fridge that doesn’t have a single scratch on it is sitting in my garage. Don’t try to respond and claim you tried to fix this because that is a bold faced lie. No one would deny getting a situation...
