One of a kind place here. A much more fun experience than shopping with them online. The displays of the toys, puzzles, and figures is especially thoughtful and organized. Very pleasant to look at, let alone shop through. The variety of items in the store is crazy, but they’ve laid it out pretty well. I spent 1.5hr with my partner here, but we easily could have gone another hour, to be honest. Yes, it’s VERY busy even when you get there early (and I definitely say you need to be there early,) but it’s probably going to be like that forever with a store like this. It’s just so unique and a really cool experience, plus the niche interest in some of the items. The only thing I didn’t love was that when we came in they were unloading a couple shipments of boxes, and the employees and such were immediately getting to work at stocking those. I’m talking a lot of boxes. It was enough to be in the way of a large section of the store. But regardless, they have to do their job to keep the good stuff in stock for us. The store offers great selection of Japanese and other Asian products, I was a little nervous to choose because I don’t read Japanese that well, and even though I used the Goggle translate camera option I still was a little hesitant, but. I asked one of their employees and she was a great help! She said her name is Mimi and she is Japanese, she took the time to explain which product was very famous in Japan and which seemed to be more beneficial for me (I was looking for a sunscreen that would be kind to my sensitive skin with rosacea) she helped me in the make up section and the tea section also. She has knowledge in the products, takes the time to listen to your needs and helps you choose going by what you said you need, her customer service is Amazing! I hope she gets promoted soon!
