So, right off, I understand this review may create some waves, depending on which side you find yourself. Some people will be understanding, while some will say I'm entitled and will blame me entirely. That's fine. Just know that I've thought about this review long and hard before posting and will do my best to reserve emotion. My friends and I decided to pop in after a tough day at work for some wings and drinks. We sit in the bar area and the waitperson comes to take our order. And something happens to me that hasn't happened in quite some time - I was carded. I don't usually carry my wallet because I keep my plastic in my cell phone case. I get it, shame on me. But keep in mind, I'm in my 40's, and look it, so I was quite taken back when I provided my age and was still refused service. It may not be a Buffalo Wild Wings policy, but I was under the impression that 'carding-policy' signs most everywhere in Texas say that "this establishment will card for anyone appearing 40 or younger". Thank you for the complement, BWWs, but not at the expense of my relaxation time. Would you card a 70-year old? Sure, it would be legal if you did, but in the court of public opinion, how would you fair? Anyway, I didn't cause a scene, but I did have to drive 30 minutes roundtrip to go get my wallet. God bless 'em, but my party decided not to order food or drinks until I returned. You know what? I get it. You're thinking, "He's going to drink and didn't bring identification?" I hear ya. ITAH. But this situation is so far removed for me that I didn't consider lack of ID being a problem. Look at my timeline and check my reviews. Drinking is what I do, and you know how many times I get carded (that's rhetorical)? Was staff doing their job? Absolutely. Do I still feel like I was wronged here? I sure do. I'm clearly of age. My entire party was of age. No one even looked underage. And here I had to take time out of my evening to turn back around and go home. I'm not happy about it. And I certainly didn't feel like I was apologized to in any meaningful way after I returned. It was as though I had walked out to my car after leaving my ID in the glovebox. I didn't want groveling, but yeah, I felt like I was massively inconvenienced over a technicality and was brushed off afterwards. Yes, I believe carding is important. No, I don't think the every-person would look at me and say, "This guy is underage." On top of that, I've been coming here for years, since '05, when I lived right across the street and would pop in to use their wi-fi while writing college papers, all while sippin' a tall one, and not getting carded. If it would have just been me this night, you better believe I wouldn't have come back. Outside of this, I guess the rest of the night was OK. The wings were good and service was attentive, if not exceedingly picky initially. I'm still irritated (there's the emotion coming out), and while it pains me to do it, I'm taking 1 star because no, it wasn't a perfect experience, right or wrong on my part. I suppose I'll begrudgingly start carrying my wallet again. Now that you've heard my story, you can...

Cindy took care of me on this visit! She's awesome! 👍
I checked out Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and my taste buds were in for a treat! Their cheeseburger lineup is a bit of a hidden gem in a place famed for wings. The experience? It is a casual, sports-centric atmosphere that's all about good times and even better food.
First off, the burgers – they're surprisingly fantastic. They seem to have mastered the art of a juicy, well-cooked patty. The beef is flavorful, has a nice grilled char, and is satisfyingly thick. And then there’s the cheese! They don’t skimp on it – a gooey, melty layer that complements the beef wonderfully. You can choose from options like cheddar, pepper jack, Swiss, or the always adventurous blue cheese, to name a few.
But it’s not just the cheese that has a say in the burger's flavor profile. There’s a symphony of toppings available. Crisp lettuce, fresh tomato slices, onions (pick your variety: raw or caramelized), and pickles add a crunch that contrasts with the tenderness of the meat. Plus, the buns deserve a shout-out. They’re toasted just right, standing up to the heft of what they’re holding without overpowering it.
As for customization, BWW’s got it. Fancy some bacon? They’ll pile it on. Avocado? Sure thing. The range of sauces also deserves a nod – from the tangy signature BWW sauce to the simple, timeless taste of ketchup and mustard – you can dress your burger up or down to your liking.
Let's not forget the sides. The fries are a reliable supporting act – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. They’re the perfect partner in crime for a cheeseburger that demands a little extra indulgence. And if you want to go rogue from tradition, there are other sides to tag in, like onion rings or potato wedges.
The ambiance rounds out the BWW experience. It's laid-back but lively, with TVs tuned to the latest sports, meaning you’re entertained beyond your plate. It's an easygoing spot for gathering with friends and kicking back with a beer and a burger while cheering on your favorite team.
All in all, if you’re hitting up Buffalo Wild Wings with the expectation of just winging it, give their burgers a chance to surprise you. With the quality, taste, and atmosphere, it's a solid choice not just for wing addicts but for cheeseburger...
Read moreFirst let me say that I am a big fan of Buffalo wild wings and it is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. I went by this location yesterday evening for some food and beer but unfortunately I left hungry, thirsty, and overall disappointed/disgusted. I ordered a bud light to start with, immediately when I got the glass I could see there was some lime remnants and some (what I assume is) tajin on the lip portion of the glass. Obviously from the last person that used the glass and afterwards wasn't cleaned properly. I alerted the bartender, asked for a replacement beer/ glass and asked for a menu. I would never recieve a menu. Immediately the bar tender goes to get another glass, looks at them, then visibly said oh *@#!(as if all the glasses are dirty) and went back to the other 2 bartenders at the end of the bar and continued to be with them for a few minutes. After some time one of the 3 bartenders but not my original bar tender, goes and grabs another glass (from the same oh *@#! glasses that the other bar tender just looked at) wipes the lip portion and overfilled it bud light, to I assume hide any grime that might still be there. Sure enough I let the foam go down and there are unknown smudges on the lip of the glass. At this point I am disgusted and just want to leave. It is not difficult to look at a glass and tell if it's clean, I used to work in a restaurant so I would know, especially since I was a dishwasher. After seeing the lack of care and lack of cleanliness at the bar, I could only imagine what the kitchen would be like. I have been a long time customer but I will not be returning to this location and I will warn as many people as I can to do the same. While I didn't touch base on it too much, I can see why so many reviews complain about the service, it is terrible and the employees would rather treat it as a place to hangout rather than a...
