THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! they change manager every month or so. I signed a lease for an apartment but when it came time to move in somehow they had given away the apartment I had put the deposit down for and so I watched The employee throw the old lease away and I signed a new one for a different apartment because I had already paid my deposits and had nowhere else to go. When it came time for me to move out on the front desk girl said on my lease there was no security deposit written in and it wasn't in the computer system. Therefore unless I found my receipt or other proof I couldn't get my deposit back. I have found the receipt as it's attached but when I went back the girl was gone so I talked with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do because she had only been here a week and if it's not input into the computer she didn't know what to do. How doe the employee know more than the manager! My itinerary lists somehow got lost with my other paper work. The LEASING OFFICE LOST ALL MY PAPERS and there are no records of all the damage the apartment had. I was MOVED INTO AN APARTMENT THAT WASN'T CLEANED AND THE DOOR DIDN'T LOCK the windows were blackened with smoke and the wall. The apartment was falling apart. The blind were busted, the employee assured me they would fix it within a week. It took 7 months just for my door to finally lock. I never agreed to this apartment the apartment I agreed to was given away and I got stuck in a hell pit because I had nowhere else to go. they took advantage of me because I am just 18 and a college student. they had the nerve to say I didn't give a deposit when I did and they didn't put it in the system they didn't keep proper records. THEY NEVER GAVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE RECEIPTS BUT THEY LOST THE PAPER WORK. THEY SCAM YOU FOR MONEY AND DON'T UP KEEP THE APARTMENT. ALSO...

Orignally posted on July 05. 2024 BEWARE This apartment has thief's that steal cars it is currently 4am and i just got my stolen car back from these apartments officers said there were other stolen vehicles here as well, I wouldn't move here says alot about what kind of people live here. Also just driving through these apartments since my car was way in the back these apartments are very sketchy no lighting when driving through random men just lurking around every staircase glad I had cops around when I left. It had a gate if it's a gated community it's completely broken even the officers told me to leave while they were on scene still that, that complex is very dangerous they get calls quite a bit to those apartments. This is 100% in the ghetto and I do not ever use that word but thats all I can say you can definitely tell it's not taken care of and management obviously doesnt care whats going on here or maybe there in on it i mean even reading the reviews for this complex when the owner replies back to some of the comments there very rude to their own residents and arrogant!!!! Guess it fits their location and the thug residents!!! Feel bad for the good people that might actually be here!!!!!!

07/19/24 Update funny how after leaving this review the owners went back and changed there comments on all the low ratings we can clearly see you copy and pasted the exact same thing over and over to your low reviews and to say I had "some inconveniences that have affected your overall experience and outlook on your time here" is an understament the officers said they're called there frequently and made it a point to say it's a dangerous complex do what you will with that info. At first i was shown an apartment model that was really nice. Hardwood floors nice and cleaned in the front room, fresh carpet in the bedroom, updated appliances, and the person showing it to me was nice and because of all of that i wanted to work with him. I signed the lease. The move in; So, after traveling from Wisconsin to Texas we finally reached our destination. Well the apartment was nothing like the model. It was fully carpeted, the appliances were old except for the stove, but unlike the model the appliances did not match. The dishwasher did not work and it took them 6 months to fix it. The AC went out, so they gave me a window unit. Not to mention when i got to move in the, guy was gone. New management that was terrible and was not professional. My faucet in the bathroom was stripped and it took a whole new maintenance crew months to fix. My tub was rusted and hard to turn off. I kept asking for a water bill, but was told by the people in the office they will take care of it. I did not receive a water bill until 2018. I moved in June 2017. what really made me mad was when a new management in 2018 started and they towed my vehicle. there was never a tow truck in sight when i moved in until the new year. There are no signs saying i couldn't park in that spot and others used to park there all the time and still do. I emailed corporate about is, but no response. So, to get my money back i filed to take them to court. Now today, i received an eviction noticed after i paid more than half the rent because i left out the amount it took to get my car out the pound. I did that until the court hearing.
