I used to love coming here with my family. But after three bad experiences in a row I’ve decided this place doesn’t deserve my hard earned money. They’ve made it clear that they aren’t about serving their customers. You come in half an hour before they close and they aren’t serving half of the food on the menu because they’d rather close it down early than close it down when they actually closed. Two of the girls working there are catty, have such a terrible attitude, and talk bad about you while you’re inside eating (especially the larger tall girl who’s always there). After tonight, I’m done with Aloha for good. Not treating your customers right is a quick way to lose business. Get it together!
Edit: responding to your comment (On many occasions I have tried to express my concerns to the owner. When I ask for the owner, the only response I ever get is “I am the owner”. Which seems to be everybody since it’s a family business. That’s fine, but I’ve never been able to actually express my concerns to the REAL owner. If I would have known they employees name I would have posted them from the beginning. If you’d like for me to elaborate further on the past 3 bad experiences my family and I have had, I’d be more than happy to do so!! I have spoken highly about many businesses here in SA. I know all about being a business owner as I run two of my own. Everybody knows that customer service is key!! If I’ve expressed that on multiple occasions I’ve come in and had a bad experience, it’s on you to take ownership and realize there’s something you’re doing wrong! I used to bring my family and friends here all of the time as this was our favorite snack spot. Something really must have gone wrong for me to be one of your biggest fans to now not wanting to step foot in your store. Hmm, but I must be the problem, right? At least we can all be happy that you won’t be seeing me anymore. I hope you’re able to learn and grow from this. Your business...
Read moreCame here for the first time with my daughter and grandchild. Staff, particularly the guy with glasses, was rude. My grandson tipped over his shaved ice and my daughter asked if he could knock off top and add a little more ice so that he could stop crying. Guy rudely said no and told her she would need to pay for a whole new one. A 1/4 cup of ice would have cost them pennies. Regardless, it was just his bad attitude that made the whole experience poor. In the end, with a big mess to clean up, they refused to give us more napkins because between 3 people, he had already given us six napkins, and in his words: "he had already given us enough". Horrible customer service!!! From some other reviews, we see that this is a reoccurring problem with the staff. A small act of kindness and a little bit of customer service could have made this whole experience different. But he chose to be a JERK instead. I could add more but in an effort to keep this short, i wont. Wont be returning...
Read moreAll the years our family has been coming here and this young mexican dude in Sunday October 5th 5pm was just terrible. Made my cucumber aqau fresca that I always order terrible. It was gross. He wanted to argue and kept saying " what do you mean bro" over and over...all this while hes giving away free stuff to a lady and another young man. They literally walked in and they talked, and he made thier items and they walked out. Never made it to the register. They never paid. This is a small family ran business and this kid is destroying it slowly. He was more worried about being on his phone on the back tabke than helping the customers. As we sat there so our daughters could finish up thier snack, he must of told at least 5 customers, "he didnt know how to make that". Seemed to us he just doesnt care and diesnt like being there. Terrible...
