I was a winner for the giveaway and won 15 free meals! I had been following Fit foodie on Instagram for a while but never actually purchased or looked into the meals. When I won, I was able to pick 15 meals from the menu for that week. He has a different menu each week, so you never get bored or tired of the same food over and over again. When I went to go pick up the meals, I was VERY impressed with Cameron and his staff. Communication with him was easy and he responded super quickly. He packaged up the meals and put it in a nice keep cool bag (pictures attached), which is great for me, because I live in the country and the food stayed nice a cool until I was able to put it in the fridge. So now to the food. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food that was in each meal. All the food tasted amazing, but my favorite was the chicken fried rice, my husband's favorite was the philly cheesesteak. Usually when you think "diet food" you think small portions, this was totally the opposite experience. Aside from the awesome experience and delicious food, it was such a nice relief to not have to think about what to make for lunch/dinner also hardly any dishes!! Read moreI’m a very picky eater so it’s normally hard for me to venture out and try new things, but I wanted to get better about my diet and didn’t really know where to start. I saw Former Fatty Meals advertised on a local group I’m in and decided to check them out. The website was simple and yet professional and very easy to navigate. Cameron was very courteous and helped me pick out a meal plan that best fit my likes. My order was DELICIOUS. The chicken was very flavorful and cooked to perfection, stayed nice and juicy even after reheating. The veggies were perfect and had a nice crunch, not soggy at all! And the potatoes were nice and soft and seasoned well. I would definitely recommended this business! Cannot wait to see the results...

This help me out so much by saving time on cooking and prepping meals, that I can finally get more work, cleaning, and self care done for myself now. I used to hate just the thought of trying to make healthy meals or eating healthy in general because it seemed bland/ boring to me but with making these meals omg they taste really good and I don’t drag about eating my meals!
