the employees i talked to were not knowledgeable at all. it’s hard to pay several grand for a laptop when i can’t even be sure that i’m getting the right thing because the employee doesn’t know what RAM is. i’m not mad that they don’t know what they’re doing. i’m mad that they were hired not knowing that much or at least that they weren’t taught that much. it’s not the employee’s fault, it’s whoever is running/hiring for the store. i kinda got some info that helped but it was mainly useless to come here. i’m really not trying to be nitpicky, it’s just really frustrating to need something specific that’s really expensive and not even know if they can sell it to me because the employees don’t understand tech specs. i really hope they hire people that know what they’re talking about so it’s not difficult to buy what i...
