Found myself on UTSA the other day, and ate here ... and it reminded me why I have not dined at a Freebirds in almost a decade...
Guacamole was overly sour (too much lemon and/or lime), the rice was soggy, and the peppers were over cooked. I also asked for a small amount of fresh jalapeños, and they gave me a heaping scoopful; stomachache city!!!
Sure, this location is run by a third-party food service company, but they sure have managed to keep the food the same quality as the rest of the Freebirds: Not so good...
