Not sure who hired Alexander, but they should definitely be reevaluating his position as well as theirs. I called this store because I received my order completely messed up. He didn’t provide his name at the beginning of the call. No apology for his inconsistency, he just said “bring your receipt back and we will remake it” . I just got off work and it’s 6am. I’m not about to drive all the way back over there in a hurry. This “manager” is the employee messing up the orders, and not even apologizing for it. It is clear this man doesn’t posses basic people skills not to mention customer service. He is probably at high school level, maybe… I’m still shocked that this man is running this restaurant over night, or even hired. I guess that’s also why they stuck him when less customers go in… Alexander should definitely have a position away from paying customers. A very bad look for the company and this location. I came tonight and it was pack (like usual) and waited by the drive thru for a long time but it's normal when it's a saturday night. I had already paid for my food and waited for a single breakfast burger while three cars behind me got their food and drinks! I get that it was busy but it was just burger. I went inside and asked for a refund because I didn't want the burger anymore and the manager came up and said he couldn't refund it back to my card. He said it was because of a third party and only gave the exact change for just the burger not counting the extra tax I was charged for it (or the side of gravy I never got). He also didn't want to give me a receipt for a return so I had to ask him if I could keep the recipt as well. Read moreI’ve gone to this location twice and both times I have not gotten good experiences. The first time my wait time was short I did place a mobile order but my food was cold and my fries were not fresh. I went back today to give it another try and the same thing they were busy in the drive through and I understand I would have to wait to get my food so I didn’t mind but my burger was cold and my fries were very stale and old. The cheese on my burger was already hard and along with it I found a hair underneath the burger when I picked it up to eat. I called the store and said what I had found. I spoke with Lydia on the phone she did apologize and offer to remake my food but was very quick and blunt and she said “everyone in the kitchen wears hair nets so I don’t know where the hair could have came from”. The hair was under the burger when I unwrapped it so it could not have been mine either. I also got a cinnamon roll and it was cold and hard. I will sadly not be going to this...
