Smoothie King — Restaurant in San Antonio

I previously worked at the Smoothie king in San Antonio at the UTSA Campus in 2017. Ever since I left, the manager Patricia has bullied me. I go up to smoothie king from time to time, and all my experiences have been unpleasant. She stares at me with a mug on her face, I reached my hand out for a straw and she threw it on the counter and walked off. She has terrible customer service and is rude and is not fit to be a manager. She plays favoritism with all her employees and cusses at them and overworks them. This location is dirty, especially in the back where they’re making the smoothies. The hygiene standards here are definitely questionable. There was spilled smoothie and other products all over the counters, employees look like they just rolled out of bed. When I got my cup it was dirty and had remnants of other smoothies on the outside which really grossed me out.
