I had a great experience purchasing a bed set from here. We were greeted promptly and my kids and dad got to relax on a comfy couch while the associate helped me figure out the financing and finding the right bed set. The manager was also super helpful and worked with me on my budget which was very limited. Once we decided on the bed set we headed to the front, provided a bit of info for payment and delivery and we were done. The staff also gave my kids some cute little toys and I appreciate that type of attention so much. Came in on a Saturday and my pretty bed was delivered on Tuesday. It’s super comfy and I do want to mention the manager suggested a soft mattress because I wasn’t sure what to pick and I am so happy he suggested soft. The delivery guys were very nice. They worked quickly and quietly on my 30 minute lunch break to set up the bed which was very impressive. I will definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future. CasaBella furniture has a great selection and helpful staff....

I recently visited CasaBella Furniture Store in search of a bed frame and some nightstands, and I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Mike, the sales associate, greeted us with a friendly welcome and let us know he was available if we needed anything. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy—he gave us space to browse and explore without hovering, which made the shopping experience feel relaxed and pressure-free.

The store had a great selection of pieces to choose from, and the prices were honestly fantastic for the quality. Once I decided on my bed and nightstands, Mike made the entire process quick and easy. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and just overall great to work with.

Shopping for new furniture isn’t easy. Usually an adventure with pushy salesmen who don’t know their products. I had a 5 star experience walking into the store from the moment my family and I walked in. We were able to browse freely. Jax and Mike were patient with my indecisive tendencies, or should I say too many options to choose from ? Either way, I was able to purchase furniture for 2 rooms in my house. They do offer layaway and credit in the event it could not be paid in full. Have the option to pick up furniture rather than deliver. Hands down, best experience in customer service, price and quality. I would recommend to anyone in need...
