Great place to go to! I love to browse here. Friendly staff,... except one young girl months ago that got mad at me for.... Are you ready for this... For being a guy. Seriously! She got mad at me for being MALE!! She was mad at me because I was a male and she assumed that since I am a dude, I get jobs so much more easier than her.

Prior to this, we were having a great conversation about art and drawing. She seemed nice before she got cray-cray. She asked me what I was doing that day, and told her I just came back from a job interview for a potential job as a financial professional doing life insurance and Investments. Her attitude completely changed. She started getting real rude and condescending. And she made remarks about how it's easier for me to get a job because I have a *. Guys, I can't make this stuff up!! The funny thing is, I would have been willing to share my information with her as to how she can become licensed herself. She also had no idea that the person that hired me was a six figure earner and happens to be a female. The most successful person I know. She had no idea that my current bosses at the time were all females, except one guy. My prior 3 AVP's were all femalesI was actually low on the totem pole! How does this happen... Because of work. Because of months of studying to pass an exam. That's why. Had nothing to do with testosterone or lack thereof.

But, I digress. I'll always appreciate Michaels. Because I got reignited for my love for art that I lost over 20 years ago. All my new art supplies, all my drawing books, all my pens, pencils, paint, books, paper, etc were bought at Michael's. And the more money I make, the more money I'll...

DON’T shop here. I made the mistake of stopping by. I was charged for a scape book I didn’t receive, I have EVERYTHING else I paid for but that one item. The manager was annoyed that he had to look for it when I called when I got home when I realized it was missing. The associate refused to give me the managers name, then the manager Noah came on. Was super hostile and passive aggressive. They said it wasn’t in the store so too bad have a great holiday. When I asked about the GM thinking maybe they’d be more professional he literally said ma’am I can’t give out personal numbers. I didn’t ask for a personal number I wanted to know how to contact someone that might be willing to help. It doesn’t make sense that I have everything else but the one item. I mean review the footage if you need to if I’m at fault I’ll accept that but Noah was rude clearly has no business being in a management position. Maybe the complaint to corporate will give him a slap on the wrist but I’m out $40 and was hung up on by someone who works in customer service & clearly doesn’t care about how he...

Went in on the evening of Jan 12th, 2021. I brought my items to the counter when I realized an item I had chose was ringing up at 6.99 instead of 2 or 3.99 as the sign was marked. The cashier didn’t really care what I was telling her she was more like. Well, it’s 6.99. I needed the item and wasn’t going to get worked up over a few bucks. Another item also rang up different than the ticket displayed price when I decided to ask iif she can have someone check. She did, then her register froze. She ended up having To call over who I assume is a manager. Kyle, who was very kind, sweet and extremely respectful of my time. He apologized for my inconvenience and the delay even though I was not in a hurry, he gathered my items and moved them over to the neighboring register where he proceeded to complete my transaction. He made sure I had everything I needed and saw to it that I left a happy customer. I hardly go in this store anymore because of how I was treated a few years ago each time I would go in. Now I feel like it’s worth going in...
