The barista taking my order was questioning my order request. I ordered a grand iced coff with whip and a nitro lid in a venti cup! That’s what a PREVIOUS BARISTA recommended so I don’t lose out on drink because of the nitro lid and whip cream sill take away from my drink! He was assuming I was trying to cheat y’all and get more drink than what it should come with. Telling me he had to charge me for extra whip when I didn’t want extra whip! Measure the stuff for a grande and put it in a venti cup! He also didn’t listen to my order because I wanted 2 of the same coff. I was not able to enjoy my coff with my daughter because he didn’t place my order correctly because he was so worried about ripping y’all off! Worst cm service I will never go there again regardless of how convenient it is!! Read moreI usually do not write bad reviews but this really annoyed me today because I was looking forward to my free Starbucks birthday drink today. I went into Starbucks today to order my free drink for my birthday and I purchased a drink for my husband. I used the Starbucks app to pay and the gal said it is $12.67. I said okay. I would like to use my free birthday drink using the app and pay for the rest on the app as well she said okay. I scanned my phone barcode to pay and the gal said I need to put more money on to my account to pay for the rest (prior to the purchase I had 9 dollars and some change). I asked her while do I need to add more money to my account when I’m using my free birthday drink and I know that one drink does not cost $12.67. She didn’t offer to help to resolve the situation. Read moreI rated the way I did because often times I order and i always order cake pops, at least two of them with each coffee or beverage that I order practically every day. But when they don’t have cake pops, they just put anything in my bag and I don’t like any other piece of edible item from Starbucks except for cake pops, so I would wish that they would be respectful enough to just upgrade the size of my beverage to the cost of the missing cake pop then to stuff a cookie in my bag because I hate cookies. I absolutely hate cookies and then I also have to go in and report the concern to Uber eats.
