Experience here was amazing I will recommend everyone here....I did this review 3 weeks ago without knowing how they operate they business business is horrible they lie they scam they give you broken cars you try to communicate with the dealer TK and no response but when you go to the car shop and make your presence known they jump right on I told TK multiple times that my Audi was leaking gas no response made my presence know he contacted his “mechanic” right as I was walking in the door bs on top of bs when I went to get my FULL REFUND back bc of the lemon law TK started coming up with all these unnecessary fees saying oh we charge .59$ per mile that you put on your Audi the total of the miles were 1029 which came out to be 607$ the total of hard working money that I gave them was 1133 they subtracted 607$ and “300$ for doc and restoration fee” from the 1133 as a total I only got 225$ for a refund DONT COME TO THIS CARLOT BC IT IS NOT CARLOT IT IS A BANK CAR LOTAwhich means all cars go thru banks and all they...

On March 16th 2021 I purchased a Dodge Journey from this business we test drove it and it ran completely fine. I traded in my infinity and gave them an additional 1500.00. I then left my son there and went home, after getting home my son called and said they changed there mind its not ready. We called for three days and they finally said it was ready. My son drove it home that night and the engine was knocking I then returned the truck the next morning. They kept it for an additional two weeks claiming that the problem was fixed, we then drove it home and it the engine began knocking again. We returned it the next morning and the business kept it for two additional weeks claiming they fixed the engine. The day we brought it home it began to knock my son took it back and they said just take it home. I then called and told them the car broke down on my son and it would need to be towed. They are refusing to give me my trade in or my money they have both cars...

If i could leave negative stars I would.... worst place I've ever done business, they knowingly sold me a broken car, like it broke down on my way home. Ac is broken, 2 catalytic converters were bad (they cleared the codes for the test drive) , as well as the brake booster (which all went wrong within the first few days) they would NOT give us our money back and they would NOT repair any thing wrong with the car! My fiance returned with the car the very day we bought it and the owner wouldn't even answer his phone. Now my two kids, my fiance and I are completely screwed, we spent the money we had to buy this car and now it's busted and there's nothing we can do. Please don't buy...
