GameStop — Local services in San Antonio

Usually grab some pokemon cards here & they're always well-stocked and clean. The staff is very laid back, but they each have their unique qualities & are efficient. There are 2 gentlemen, that have been my cashiers, that have been incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. You can tell one of them is super passionate about collecting the cards, which makes for a pleasant visit & he makes it fun by letting you choose the exact boxes you want. Another gentleman had popcorn in the back one time & didn't hesitate to offer us some for no reason! There's a woman I've seen in there who is very sweet, but I recommend double checking your receipt because she's unintentionally given wrong price info to me a few times, but I bet the company probably had recent price changes or something. I am usually pleased with gamestop, but this visit was not so good. Went in to trade in a game we purchased from them and told the clerk the game wasn't working. I asked if they could test it,but they didn't have a way to test it. However, they would give store credit as if the game was in non working condition. I asked how they would know it wasn't working if they couldn't test it and he looked dumbfounded. I asked him if I were to go to another location down the street and tell him were they in perfect condition would they accept and he said yes. Dont waste your money at this game stop on walzem rd they sale broken used games and then can’t do nothing about it once you buy poor customer service and management they ask you to become members and don’t even help their members out I’ve been a member for 10 year I’m done now I have to tell me son he can get that game.
