Came in because my date was looking for a funko pop that sadly was not available at any location but the gentleman who was working that day was amazing. From the get go he welcomed us in with bright and positive energy. This is already a good sign! The other associate there was really not a good team player, the way he spoke to Daniel in front of customer and the tone he took with me as a paying customer is 100% unprofessional. His tone did change one the manager was on the phone. If my 9 yr old can notice it then other customer notice it. Something to be looked at if I was a...
