Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

I have been going to this subway for years and the food is always good. I've never had any problems until Sunday evening of Sep 21, 2025. There was a girl working there who I had never seen before. I ordered a pizza, yes they have very good pizzas, and two sandwiches. She made the first sandwich and then on the second sandwich I asked for several veggies to be put on it. One of the vegetables was black olives. She sprinkled a very small amount on the sandwich. I asked for a few more. She refused. I asked again and she refused again. I asked a third time and she said no end to end olives. Now, if she had put the regular amount of olives on the sandwich I would have been ok with it. But not only did she refuse to do a couple of more olives, she was hateful. I told her I would contact the owner about this trivial item and she sarcastically said "go ahead!!" I then walked out after three items were partially made. The subway lost my business that night and three items wasted over around four tiny olive slices. I think the manager should know this. Went to subway for 6 meals. First called at least 8 times to place my order, the phone just rang, and rang. So I drive over, walk in to Subway and 2 employees were behind the counter. I told the man I needed several orders and the expression and noise he made was obvious that he did not like that i had so many orders. While other customers were behind me they had to wait for all my items being made, you could hear the phone ringing in the background. Exactly why you call ahead to place a large order. They did not answer the phone either. Very disappointed on the amount of vegetables and dressings they put on the sandwiches and the salad was certainly not worth the money. I’ve been to this location before and it was so fast and the food was delicious. So I went ahead and ordered food from there again tonight on my way home from work with my 2 kids in the car with me. I placed my order at 5:21pm and I didn’t get my order until 6:17pm. This is absolutely unacceptable for 2 sandwiches and nothing was given to make the situation better. I had to sit there with two rambunctious, hungry kids for close to an hour. There was one guy working when I first arrived and then a second employee arrived about 15min after I had gotten there. Thought it would go faster but it did not. They were so slow. This place needs to get it together. Based on other reviews seems this happens quite a bit.
