Jalisco Grill — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went there an hour before they close and they told me it was only to go. Then all least 5 more groups of people walked in and they told them the same thing. The owner probably don't even know they are doing that. Just because they wanted to leave at the exact time. Or because one of the girls boyfriend was there. She literally would do something and then go back to his table and sit with him. And the other server was on her phone since they "didn't have anything to do left" because they kicked everyone out when they told them it was to go only. That was at least 200-300 dollars extra for the owner. There was only one table of 2 adults and 1 child. The restaurant was empty for they to say they couldn't take anymore tables. 🙄

I ask for 1 bean and cheese with bacon and they give me fatcon more fat than anything and it was shredded beacon. Then I ask why I got that instead of the one I always get and they say it was because at that time they don't put the other one. (An hour before closing time) and you can make the strip bacon for 1 taco? Then I order 1 asada taco and the bean and cheese was more expensive than the asada. They charge you 135 for a bean and cheese and an extra 135 for the fatcon. Might as well get 2...

I come here multiple times and usually the service is ok except for tonight. I come in to do a to go order and 3 female employees are at the register talking to each other. I waited for one of them to acknowledge me then one of them left to serve a table while the other 2 girls continue talking to each other. It went on for a good couple of mins before I ask if soemone was going to help me place a order. To which they both looked at me and one walked away. Kassandra took my order soooooo rudely, took my card out of my hand rudely, gave it back rudely and made me reach to her side to grab my food. To when her co worker came and started laughing as if it was a joke. I then asked her for her same and instead she just starred at me rudely and I looked down at her apron to find it. Worst costumers service ever. I will never go back to this location. And when I called to speak to a manager she obviously knew it was me and had another co worker tell me he was in the restroom and would call me back without getting any info...

My mom and i went today for lunch. The food took about 30 min to get to us. It was just caldo. They forgot the tortillas. The chicken in my mom's soup was not cooked all the way. She didnt eat any of it. The waitresses never came to ask us if we needed anything. When we get to the counter to pay for my food, my mom told the cashier Maria about her food and she couldn't have cared less. She was rude. And when she was about to start billing us i told her that i didn't think she should charge my mom for the food since the whole bowl was still sitting there on the table. She turned and looked at me with an ugly throw down fighting look. I asked for the manager or owner the guy who is always there. But he wasn't. She said she was the manager. I go there pretty regularly. But not anymore. I will not spend anymore money there. I also work in customer service and believe me if i did anything like that i be fired in an instant. It's too bad because their tortilla soup...
